We have a vacancy for an appointments secretary to help co-ordinate the appointments process for new members joining Montgomeryshire Scout groups and Explorer units. I would be grateful if you could ask around locally to see if anyone would be able to take on this role, it would ideally suit someone that wants to get involved with Scouting but who isn't looking for a leadership role. The role can also be shared by two or more people if you know of someone who could spare a few hours but who is not able to commit to the whole role.
