The Montgomeryshire Area Scout Council’s AGM will be held at 7pm on Thursday 19th September at the Abermule Community Centre. It would be great to see as many of you there as possible. In addition to the AGM we’re hoping to use the evening as an opportunity to share scouting successes across the Area so other leaders in Montgomeryshire can take advantage of all the brilliant ways you’ve found to deliver scouting experiences.
On a personal note, after the AGM this year, I will be stepping down as the Area Commissioner for Montgomeryshire. I plan to continue as District Commissioner and will revert to using the email address dc@montgomeryshirescouts.org.uk once a new Area Commissioner has been appointed.
