EVENT PLANNING
If you are planning an Area event, then you must submit a properly costed plan to the Area Committee for approval. If your plan is approved, and it shows that your event will realistically break even, and includes a sensible contingency figure, then Area may agree to underwrite the event. This means that Area would cover any financial loss due to unforeseen circumstances.

EXPENSES CLAIMS
The form should be completed and sent with receipts to the Area Treasurer at the address given on the form.
